Had the pleasure of trying this private catering and it exceeded all expectations! The biggest testament to the food? My elderly mother, who is a highly critical home chef herself and rarely praises anyone else's cooking, had nothing but high praise for meals from choochoochilli! The Curry Chicken was an absolute standout—rich, deeply flavorful, and perfectly executed. Together with the comforting Kong-Bak-Bao and crispy Ngoh-Hiang, it made for an incredible spread. Their dedication shines through in their homemade chilli selection too, from the savory belacan to the zesty Thai green chilli. Highly recommended for any gathering! 👏🍲

Start with the chili bottles , they are MUST HAVEs in my home ; the belachan chiili , the recent addition of Thai chilli and the super yummy Hae bee hiam . Then come the food, her dishes are so varied and each dish has its uniqueness. Chef is definitely out to please the palletes of all who wants to taste her food , she does not stinge on ingredients and they are all fresh and good quality . Definitely highly recommended if you are looking at home cooked food filled with passion !!

My friends and i really enjoy the Spicy Thai Chilli. The green chilli makes it look harmless but the spiciness really packs a punch. Unlike red chillies the green chilli delivers a fresher taste together with the lime juice used. Overall it is very addictive and the small bottle finishes up very quickly for me. Equally addictive is the hae bee hiam. Unlike others their version has a coarser texture. You can still bite into bits of the dried shrimp. So it delivers a very satisfying unami with a spicy kick. I have gone for repeated orders of both.
