How to store your chilli safely.
Refrigerated: 3 to 4 days in an airtight container at 4°C or below
Frozen: 2 to 3 months in a freezer-safe container or bag
Cool cooked chilli quickly after cooking, divide large batches into shallow containers, and do not leave it at room temperature for more than 2 hours. For frozen chilli, thaw overnight in the refrigerator before use.
